泥漿不落地的目的：

隨著環(huán)保要求的提高，以往那種將泥漿鉆井液直接掩埋做法已經(jīng)不符合環(huán)保要求；在以往鉆井過(guò)程中添加的化學(xué)制劑（如重晶石）等也存在大量浪費(fèi)的現(xiàn)象。所以泥漿不落地系統(tǒng)主要目的是為了解決將廢棄鉆井液固化、運(yùn)輸?shù)街付ǖ攸c(diǎn)處理和回收鉆井液中有用材料（如油基泥漿中的石油）。

鉆井液泥漿不落地的設(shè)備集合：

泥漿不落地系統(tǒng)根據(jù)鉆井液泥漿的種類可分為：水基泥漿不落地處理系統(tǒng)和油基泥漿不落地處理系統(tǒng)兩大類。其中水基泥漿不落地的設(shè)備包括：高速鉆井液離心機(jī)（配螺桿泵）、鉆井液干燥篩、鉆井液壓濾機(jī)、螺旋輸送機(jī)、加藥單元、泥漿罐和巖屑箱。油基泥漿不落地的設(shè)備包括：高速鉆井液離心機(jī)（配螺桿泵）、鉆屑干燥機(jī)（也稱巖屑干燥機(jī)、巖屑甩干機(jī)、鉆屑甩干機(jī)）、加藥裝置、螺旋輸送機(jī)、巖屑箱。

泥漿鉆井液不落地的處理流程：

水基泥漿不落地：待處理的泥漿通過(guò)管匯輸送到鉆井液干燥篩上處理，處理后的泥漿通過(guò)螺桿泵進(jìn)入鉆井液離心機(jī)，進(jìn)一步處理，處理后的泥漿進(jìn)入泥漿罐攪拌再一次注入到泥漿循環(huán)系統(tǒng)中。而處理過(guò)程中留下來(lái)的廢棄物通過(guò)螺旋輸送機(jī)輸送到鉆井液壓濾機(jī)中進(jìn)一步干燥，最后從壓濾機(jī)中出來(lái)的固體物塊被送到巖屑箱中拖出場(chǎng)地進(jìn)行掩埋或者其他處理。

油基泥漿不落地：待處理的鉆井液泥漿被輸送到鉆屑干燥機(jī)（巖屑干燥機(jī)、巖屑甩干機(jī)、鉆屑甩干機(jī)）上，處理后的鉆井液泥漿輸送到鉆井液離心機(jī)中進(jìn)一步處理，鉆井液離心機(jī)處理完畢后的泥漿液體被重新注入到泥漿循環(huán)系統(tǒng)中。處理過(guò)程后的廢棄物被運(yùn)送到巖屑箱中。
